APPROVING MAP OF TRACT NO. 1045.
The Council of the City or Palo Alto DOES RBSOLVll: as follows:
That that certain subd1v1e1on map of Tract No. 10-51 being a reaubd1v1s1on of Lota 31 and 32 of the c. M. Wooster
Company's Subdivision of the Clarke Raneh, dated July, 1952,
be and the same is hereby accepted by this Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Kipling Street, El Verano
Avenue and portion or Cowper Street, ae shown on said map
be and the eame are hereby accepted as public streets or the City or Palo Alto.
BB IT FURTHER RESOLVED~ that easements tor the use
of public utilities as shown on said map be and the same are hereby accepted as dedicated.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and passed by the Council of the City or Palo Alto at
a regular meeting held on the 8th day of September, 1952.
