CONFIRMING AMBNDKD ASSESSMENT
AMARILLO AVENUE ET AL
PROJECT NO. :49-10
RESOI.VED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto that
WHEREAS, ss1d Counc~J did on the 28th day or July, 1952,
order the City Engineer to make and file with said Council an
attended aasessment or the parcel of property the former ae3essment
upon which under Resolution of Intention No. 2089 or said Council
1e des1.gnated upon the original assessment and diagram and
confirmed by ea1d Cov.ncil on August 27, 1951, and recorded in
the office of the Superintendent or Streets of said City, as
diagram and assessment No. 460 and 461-B; ·
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did on the 12th day of August,
l952, pursuant to said order, file with the Clerk or said City an
amended assessment and diagram;
WHEREAS, said Council fixed Monday, the 25th day or August,
1952, as the time for hearing said amended assessment and caused
notice of said hearing to be published twice 1n the Palo Alto
Times, as appears from the affidavit of publication on file 1n
the office of the Clerk of said City; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed. for said hearing, no
protests or objections were made or presented to the proposed
amended assessment, and all matters and things pertaining to sald
amended assessment were fully heard and considered by aa1d Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that said amended assessment
filed with the Clerk of said City pursuant to resolution ordering
same be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Clerk of said City shall
deliver said amended assessment to the City Engineer, together
with a certified copy of this resolution thereto attached, and
said City Engineer shall thereupon record such amended assessment
with a certificate at the end thereof by the c_erk or said City
that it is the am~nded aesesement approved by the City Council.
The City Engineer shall note opposite the assessment in
said original diagram and assessment Nos. 460 and 461-B that
they have been displaced by said amended assessment, giving the
date, and shall credit upon said amended assessment all payments
theretofore made upon the original asseaement. When said
amended assessment has been recorded, the City Engineer shall
cause the original assessment involved to be cancelled.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and reg;Jlarly
adopted by the City Council or the City of Palo Alto at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 25th day of August, 1952, by the follow-
ing vote:
