[ ----------R E S 0 L U T I 0 N N 0 • 2360 DIRECTING MAKING OF .AM.INDED ASSESSMENT RR ASSESSMENT NO. 605 SAN ANTONIO ANNEX SBWKRS PROJECT NO. 51-5 RESOLVED, by the City Council or the City of Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, California, that WHEREAS, an assessment and d1agra~ was made and filed w1th the Clerk or said City all pursuant to Resolution of Inten- tion No. 2094 adopted by the City Council on April 9, 1951 and the prov1s1one of Article V of the Palo Alto Improvement pro- cedure Code, being Ordinance No. 84~· of said City, adopted January 13, 1941~ and BA1d assessment was confirmed by sa1d Council on June 11, 1951 and recorded in the Office of the Superintendent or Streets of said City on July 2, 1951; and 475 WHEREAS, a certa1r1 lot or parcel of land upon which there is an unpaid assessment against which bonds have been issued under the provisions ot Part 4 of Article TV of said Procedure Code, has been divided so that it no longer conforms to the original parcel boundaries as shown on said assessment and in the Controller's record thereof; NOW, THEREFORE, IT XS ORDERED, that l. The City Engineer shaJl cause to be prepared and filed w1 th the City Clerk a :report and amend~d assessment diagram of the lot and parcel so dl1v1ded, said parcel beinf"' designated as Assessment No. 6C5. 2. That the unpaid installments or said original asses3- ment shall be segregated and approt1oned 1n accordance with the benefits to the several parts of the original lot or parcel and the total amount or the assessment or the several portions of the original lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon said original lot or parcel of land. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, Cnliforn1a, at a meeting thereof held on the 11th day of Augunt, 1952, by the following vote: AYES, and in favor of: Councilmen: Blois, Bower~ Cashel, Cathcart, Drysdale, Gaspar, Hill, Marshall, Mitchell, Montrou11, Simpson, Wells, Wickett.
