HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESO 2359474 !E.§..Q..f!,2T!ON N 0 • ~ DIRECTINO MAKI}IQ OF AMENDED ASSBSSMENT RE ASSESSMENTS NO. 323-A, 323-b, 323-C OREGON AVENUE ET AL, PROJECT NO. 4.13-1 RESOLVED,, by the C1ty Council or the City of Palo Alto, Sa:ita Clara County,, California, that WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed w1th the Clerk or said City all pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 1833 adopted by the C1ty Council on March 28, 1949 and the provi- sions or Article V of the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code, be1ng Ordinance No. 844 or aa1d City, adopted January 13, 1941, and said a:rneasment was confirmed by said Council on April 12, 1949 and recorded in the office of the 3up~r1ntendent of Streets of said City on May 25, 1949; and VHF.REAS, a certain lot or parcel or land upon which thero is an unpaid assessment against which bonds have been issued under the provisions of Part 4 of Art~.cle IV of said Procedure Code, has been divided so that it no longer conforms to the or1g1nal parcel boundaries as shown on said assessment and 1n the Auditor's record thereof: NOW~ THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that 1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment diagram of the lot and parcel so divided, said parcel being designated as Assessment Nos. 323-A, 323-B, 323-C. 2. That the unpaid installments or said original assessment shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits to the seve~al parts of the original lot or parcel and the total amount of the assessment of the several portions of the original lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon aa1d original lot or parcel of land. I hereby cert1fy that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City o~ Palo Alto, Cal- ifornia, at a meeting thereof held on the 11th day of August, 1952, by the following vote: AYES, and 1n favor of: Councilmen: Blois, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart, Drysdale, Gaspar, Hill, Marshall, Mitchell, Montreuil, Simpson, Wells, Wickett. NOE.S, Councilmen: None.
