RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUIT CLAIM DIED
The Council or the City of Palo Alto DOES RESOLVE as follows:
That the quit claim deed from MACKAY RADIO AND TELEGRAPH
COMPANY, INC. to the CITY OF PALO ALTO, dated July 2, 1952,
covering the following described property:
Beginning at a point on the center line or Colorado
Avenue, which point is also the most northerly corner
of Lot 148 c.l the C. M. Wooster Company's Subd1v1s1on
of the Clarke Ranch, recorded November 11, 1912, 1n
Book "O" of Maps at page 16., Recogds of Santa ClaI"a
County, California; thence S. 45 00' E., along the
northeasterly line of aa1d lot, 225.48 feeB; thence
N. 36 43 1 W.~ 107.23 feet; thence N. 45 cl' W.,
116.79 feet to a po1nt on said center line; thence
3. 5~0 30 1 W. along said center line 15.63 feet to the
pcint of ~eg1nn1ng, containing 0.060 acres, more or
less, and being a portion of the Rancho Rincon de San
Franc1squ1to.
