RBS.Q.LU!I.QN N 0 • --~ PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS BRYANT STREET, ET AL PROJECT NO. 51-17 RESOLVED, by the City Council or the City or Palo Alto, Ca11rornia,, that WHERKAS~ said Council did on the 28th day or April, 1952, adopt 1ts Resolution or Intention No. 2278 relating to certain work to be done and !mprovemente and acquisitions to be made in said City under and pursuant to the provis1one or Article v or Ordinance No. 844 or said City, adopted January 13,, l~l, entitled "Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code," and did therein provide that 8erial bonds would be issued thereunder pursuant to the prov1e1ons or Part 4, Bond Plan C or Arti~le IV or said Code, ~eference to said Resolution or Intention, as amended, being hereby expreasly made ror further particulars; WHEREAS, on July 22, 1952, the Superintendent or Streets of said City of Palo Alto, filed with the Clerk or. aaid City a complete list of all aasesementa unpaid thereunder upon the re- spect.1 ve assessment and diagram numbers thereon 1 whereupon said Clerk gave notice of' the filing of eaid list and fixed in said notice Monday, the 11th day or. AuguBt, 1952.t at the hour or 7:30 o'clock P.M. as the time when intereeted persona might appear before the City Council or said City, at the regular meeting place of ~aid Council, City Hall, tn said City and show cause why bonds ahoold net be issued upon the secu~ity of the unpaid assessments shown on said list.• :ill or which appears from the af1"1davi ts on file in the office or said Clerk; WH!REA.S, no proteets or objections against the issuance of said bondff were presented before or at the time fixed for said hearing; NOW.t THXREPORE, IT IS HBREBY RESOLVED, POUND AND DETERMINED, ae follows: 1. 'l'hat said list of aesessmente unpaid filed by sa1d Superintendent or Streets as aforesaid was at the time of f111ng thereof in all respects complete and correct, and that since the time of filing thereof no assessm~nts have been paid and also that the unpaid assessments in the proceedings duly had and taken under and pursuant to said Resolution ot' Intention, are as shown on Exhibit "Att hereto attached and by reference made a part hereof. 2. That for a particular description of the lots bearing the re~pect1ve ~ssessment numbers above set forth and upon wh1ch assessments remain unpaid as above stated, severally and respec- t1 ve ly, reference is hereby made to said assessment and to the diagram recorded in the office or the said Superintendent of Streets after confirmation by said City Council, the several lots represented by said assessment numbers above aet forth being so numbered and designated upon said diagram and assessment as so confirmed and recorded, severally and respectively. 3. That the total or aggregate amount of said assessments unpaid is the sum or $12,418.25. 4.
