RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, California, that

WHEREAS, an assesement and diagram was made and filed
with the Clerk or sa.1d City all pursuant to Resolution or Inten-
tion No. 2223 adopted by the C1ty Council on February 11~ 1952 and
the prov1e1ons or Article V or the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure
Code, being Ordinance No. 844 or sa1d City, adopted January 13,
1941, and said assessment waa confirmed by said Council on March
24, 1952 and recorded in the oftice of the Superintendent or
Streets or said City on April 21, 19~)2; · and
WHEREAS, a certain lot or paircel or land upon wh1ch there
1s an unpaid assessment against wh1ch bonds have been issued under
the provisions of Part 4 of Article IV of aa1d Procedure Code,
has been divided so that 1t no longer conrorme to the or1g1nal
parcel boundaries as shown on said aeeese111ent and in the Controller's record thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. The City Engineer shall cauee to be prepared and
filed with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment diagram
of the lot and parcel eo divided, said parcel being designated
as Assessment No. 5.
2. That the unpaid installments or said original assess-
ment shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with tho
benefits to the several parta or the original lot or parcel and
the total amount or the assessment or the several port1one or
the original lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpc1d assess-
ments upon said or1g1nal lot or parcel or land.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council or the City or Palo,
Cal1forn1a, at a meeting thereof held on the 28th day or July,
1952, by the following vote:
AYES, and 1n favor o.f: Councilmen: Blois, Cashel, Cathcart,
Drysdale, Hill, Marshall, Miller, ~~tchell, Montrouil, Simpson, Wells, Wickett.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Bishop, Bower, Oaapar.
