RE ASSESSMENTS NO. 460 AND 461-B

RESOLVED, by the City Council or the City of Palo Alto,
Santa Clara County, California, that
WH~EAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed
with the Cl$rk of sa:td City all pursuant to Resolution of Inten-
tion No. 2089 adopted by the City Council on April 9, 1951, and
the provisions of Article V of the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure
Code, be1n~ Ordinance No. 844 or aa1d Council or. August 27, 1951, and record~d 1n the orrice of thP. Superintendent of Streets of
said City on October 12, 1951; and
WHEREAS, certo,1n lots or parcels or land upon which there
are unpaid a,ssessmenta against which bonds have been issued under
the provisions of Part 4 of Article IV of sa1d Procvdure Code,'
have been divided and no longer conform to the original parcel
bo1mdar1es ae shown on said assessment and in the Controller's
record thereof;
NOW, THEREFORF., IT IS ORDERED, that
l. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed
w1th the City Clerk a report and amended assessment diagram or the
lots and parcels ao divided, said parcels being designated as
Assessments No. 460 and 461-B.
2. That the unpa1<'l 1natallmente of said or1g1rial assess-
ments shall be segregated arid apportioned in accordance with the
benefits to the several parts or the original lots or parcels
and the total amount of the assessment of the several portions
of the original lots or parcels shall be eq•1aJ to the unpaid
assessments upon ea1d original lots or parcels of land.
I hereby certify that the foregoir1g resolutior1 was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,,
California, at a meeting thereof hel~ on th~ 28th day of July,
1952t by the following vote:
AYES, and 1~ favor of; Councilmen: Blois, Cashel, Cathcart, Drysdale,
Hill, Marshall, Miller, Mitchell, Montreuil, Simpson, Wells, Wickett.
NOES, Counc1 lmen: None.
