August 27, 1951, and record~d 1n the orrice of thP. Superintendent of Streets of said City on October 12, 1951; and WHEREAS, certo,1n lots or parcels or land upon which there are unpaid a,ssessmenta against which bonds have been issued under the provisions of Part 4 of Article IV of sa1d Procvdure Code,' have been divided and no longer conform to the original parcel bo1mdar1es ae shown on said assessment and in the Controller's record thereof; NOW, THEREFORF., IT IS ORDERED, that l. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed w1th the City Clerk a report and amended assessment diagram or the lots and parcels ao divided, said parcels being designated as Assessments No. 460 and 461-B. 2. That the unpa1<'l 1natallmente of said or1g1rial assess- ments shall be segregated arid apportioned in accordance with the benefits to the several parts or the original lots or parcels and the total amount of the assessment of the several portions of the original lots or parcels shall be eq•1aJ to the unpaid assessments upon ea1d original lots or parcels of land.
