R E S 0 L U T I 0 N 2346 NO. ----------
CONFIRMING AMfm'DED ASSESSMENT
SAN ANTONIO ANNEX SEWERS
PROJECT NO. 51-5
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City o: Palo Alto that
WHEREAS, ea1d Council did on the 14th day of July, 1952,
order the City Engineer to m.ike and file with said Council an amended
asseealftl!nt of the parcel of property the former assessment upon which
under Resolution of Intentior1 No. 2094 o.t aa1d Council 1a designated
upon the original assessment and diagram and confirmed by said Council
on June 11, 1951, and recorded in the office or the Superintendent of
Streets of satd City, as diagram and aseessmente Nos. 955-A, 955-C,
955TD, 955-E, and 955-F;
WHEREt.S, said City Engineer d1d on the 15th day or July, 1952,
pursuant to said order, file with the Clerk of said City an amended diagram and assessment;
WHEREAS, said Council fixed Monday, the 28th day of July, 1952,
as the time for hearing said amended assessment and caused notice of
said hearing to be published twice in the Palo Alto Times, as appears
from the affidavit of publication on file 1n the office of the Clerk
of said City; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said hearing, no
protests or objections were made or presented to the proposed amended
assessment, and all matters and things pertaining to.said amended
assessm~nt were fully heard a.nd considered by said Council;
NOV, THEREPOl~E .. IT IS OrtDER!D that said amended assessment
filed w1 th the ClerJ<· of said City pursuant to reaolution ordering
same be and the same 1a hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
IT IS FURTHE:R ORDERED, that the Clerk of eaid City shall deliver
said amended assesstnent to the City Engineer, together w1 th a certified
copy or this reeolut1on thereto attached, and said City Engineer shall
thereupon record such amended assessment with a cert1f1cat~ at the end
thereof by the Clerk of said City that it 1s the amended asriesament
approved by the City Council.
The City Engineer ahall note opposite the assessment in said
original diagram and assessment Nos. 955-A, 955-C, 955-D, 955-E and
955-F, that it has been displaced by said amended assessment, giving
the date, and shall credit upon said amended assessment all payments
thertofore made upoh the original assessment. When said amended
ae3essment has been recorded, the City Engineer shall cause the
original assessment involved to be cancelled.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing resolution was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of' Palo Al.to
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 28th day of July, 1952, by the following vote:
