CONFIRMING AMENDED ASSESSMENT
SAN ANTONIO ANNEX SEWERS
PROJECT NO. 51-5
RESOLVED, by the Council or the City of Palo Alto that
WHRREAS1 said Council did on the 14th day of July, 1952,
order the City Engineer to make and file with said Council an
amended assessment of the parcel of property the former assessment
upon which 1.mder Resolution of' Intention No. 209~ of sa1d Council

1s dea1gnated upon the original assessment and diagram and confirmed
by said Council on June 11, 1951, and recorded in the office of the
Superintendent of Streets of said City, as diagram and assessment No. 939;
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did on the 15th day of July, 1952,
pursuant to said order, file with the Clerk of said Clty an amended diagram and assessment;
WHEREAS, sald Council fixed Monday, the 28th day of July,
1952, as the time for hearing aaid amended assessment and caused
notice or said hearing to ::>e published twice in the Palo Alto Times,
as appears from the affidavit of publication on file 1n the office of the Clerk of aa1d City; and
'WHEREAS, at the time a.nd place fixed ror said hearing, no
protests or objections were made or presented to the proposed
amended assessment, a~d all matters and thinge pertaining to said
am~nded assessment were fully heard and considered by said Council;
NOW, THEREPORB, IT IS ORDERED that sa1d amended assessment
filed with the Clerk or said City pursuant to resolution ordering
same be and the same ls hereby ratified, ap~roved and confirmed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Clerk of sa1d City shall
deliver sa1d amended asseesment to the City Engineer, together with
a cert1f1ed copy or tM.s resolution thereto attached, and said City
Engineer sh&.11 thereupon record such amended asoeasment wlth a
certificate at the end thereof by the C1erk or said City that 1t is
the amended assessment approved by the City Council.
The City Bng1neer shall note opposite the aseessment in aa1d.
original d1agram ar1d aasesement No. 939 that 1 t has been displaced
by said amended assessment, giving the date, and shall credit upon
said amended assessment all payments theretofore made upon the
original assessment. 'When said amended assessment has been recorded,
the City Engineer shall cause the original asBeesment involved to be cancelled.
. I hereby certify th&t the above and foregoing resolution was
d•lly and regularly adopted by the City Council or the City of Palo
Alto at a regular meeting thereof held on the 28th day of July, 1952,
by the following vote:
