RESOLVED, by the City Council or the City or Palo Alto, Cal1t'orn1a,, that
1. The City Clerk of 8&1d City be, and she is hereby
directed to call tor bids tor the eale or improvement bonda to
be 1aaued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2278 adopted
by thie Council on April 28, 1952, said btda to be received by
said c1'1 Clerk at or before the hour or 4:00 o'clock P.M. or
Monday, the ll'h day of August, !952, and to be publicly opened, e~am1ned and declared at aaid time 1r. the regular meeting place
of aa1d Council, Council Chambers, City Hall, Palo Alto, Califor -
nia. Said noticed in form a copy or which is hereto attached
marked Exhibit "A , shall be given by publ1c~t1on once 1n the
Pa.lo Al.to Times, a newspaper published in said City, at least five days before eaid date •
. 2. Th~ City Council will furnish the legal opinion or
the law firm of 1Cirkbr1de, Wilson, Harzfeld & Wallace, San
Mateo, Cal1forn1a, unqualifiedly approving the legality ot the proceedings and the issuance or said bonds.

resolution adopted by the City Council of the City or Palo Alto,
ca11rornia, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 28th day
