IMPROVEMENT PROJECT No. 51-5
SAN ANTONIO ANNEX SEWERS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
Santa Clara County, California, that
WHBRB.AS, an assessment and diagram waa made and filed with
the Clerk or said City all pursuant to Resolution or Intention No.
2094 adopted by the City Council on April 9, 1951, and the prov1-
eione or Article V or the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code,
being Ord~nance No. 844 or said City, adopted January 13, 1941, and
said aesesoment was confirmed by said Council on June 11, 1951, and
recorded 1n the office or the Superintendent or Streets of• said
City on July 2, 1951; and
WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels or l~nd upon which there
are unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued under
the prov1s1ons or Part 4 or Article r:v or said Procedure Code,
have been divided and no longer conform to the original parcel
boundaries as shown on said assessment and in the Controller's
record thereof;
NOW THERXPORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. The City Engineer shall eause to be prepared and filed
w1th the City Clerk a report and amended aseessmer.t diagram or the
lots a11d parcels so divided, said parcels being designated as
Asaessmente No. 955-A, 955-C, 955-D, 955-E, and 955-F.
2. That the unpaid installments of sa1d original aesese-
menta shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the
benefits to the several parts or the or1g1nal lots or parcels and
the total amount or the assessment or tt~ several portions of the
or1g1nal:Jots or parcels shall be equal to the unpaid aaseaamenta
upon said original lota or parcels o~ land.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution waa duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council or Palo Alto, California, at
a meeting thereof held on the 1-th day or July, 1952, by the follow-ing vote:
AYES, and in favor or, Councilmen: Bishop Blois, Bower, Cashel,
Cathcart, Drysdale, Gaspar, Marshall., Miller, Mitchell,
Montro11il, Simpson, Wickett.
NOES: Councilmen: None.
