RBSOLVED, by the C1ty Council or the City or Palo AltQ,
Santa Clara County, California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram wa1 made and t1led
with ·~he Clerk or aa1d City all pursuant to Resolution or
Intention No. 2~ adoptad by the City Council on April 9, 1951,
and the prov1a1ona or Article V of the Palo Alto Improvement
Procedure Coc:lel being Ordinance No. 8--of said City, adopted January 13, 1941, and said assessment was confirmed by said
Council on June 11, 1951 and recorded in the office of the
Superintendent or Streets or said C1ty on July 2, 1951; and
WHEREAS, a certain lot or parcel of land upon which
there is an unpaid aeseasment against which bonds have been
issued under the provisions ot Part -or Article IV or said
Procedure Code,ha~ been'd1v1ded so that it no longer conforms
to the original parcel boundaries as shown on said asseanment
and 1n the Controller9s record thereof;
NOW, TH!REFOREa IT IS ORDE.RBD, that
1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed
with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment diagram
i ... of the lot and parcel so divided,, said parcel being designated I _ as Aaeeasment No. 939.

2. That the unpaid inetallmenta or said original
assessment shall be segregated and apportioned 1n accordance
with the benefits to the several parts or the original lot or
parcel and the total amount or the assessment or the several
port1ona of the original lot or parcel shall be equal to the
unpa1d aaeeesment~ upon said original lot or parcel or land.
