RESOLVED, by the City Council or the City or Palo Alto,
Santa Clara County, Cal1tornia, chat
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and tiled with
the Clerk or aa1d City all pursuant to Resolution or Intention
No. 2093 adopted by the C1ty Council on April 9, 1951 and the pro-
v1a1one of Art1ole V of the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code,
being Ordinance No. a.-11. of oaid City, ad.opted Ja.nuary 13, l~l,
and sa11 aaaeasment was confirmed by said Council on July 9, 1951
and recorded 1n the office of the Superintendent or Streeta of
8a1d City on August l, 1951; and
WHKREAS, a certain lot or ~arcel or land upon which there is
an unpaid assessment against which bonds have been issued under
the provisions of Part 4, 6f Article r:v of said Procedur.9 Cl)(!e,
has been divided so that 1t no longer conforms to the original
parcel boundaries as shown on said assessment and 1n the Auditor's record thereor;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed
with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment diagram of the
lot and parcel so divided, said parcel being designated as ABeeaament
No. 170.
2. That the unpaid :tnstallments of said original aa1ess~nt
shall be eegregated and apportioned in accordance with the
benefits to the several parts or the original lot or parcel and
the total amount or the aaaeaament or the ae~aral portions of the
original lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid aaaeaamenta
upon said original lot or parcel of land.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution wae duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council or the City of Palo Alto,
Cal1:f'orn1a, at a meeting thereof held on the 14th day or July /1 1952,
by the following vote:
AYES, and in favor of, Councilmen: Bishop, Blois, Bower, Cashel,
Cathcart, Drysdale, Gaspar, Marshall, Miller, Mitchell,
Montrouil, Simpson, Wickett.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Hill.
