DIRBCTINQ MAKING OP AMINDBD ASSISSMENT
RE ASSF3SMBNT NO. 33

RESOLVBD, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, California, that
VHRREAS, an assessment and diagram waa made and filed .
with the Clerk or said City all purauant to Resolution or
Intention ~o. 1721 adopted by the City Council.on July 26, 1948
and the provisions or Article V or the Palo Alto Improvement
Procedure Codel being Ordinance No. S-~, or said City, adopted
January 13~ 1941, and aa1d aseeasment waa confirmed by said
Council on March 13, 1950 and recorded 1n the office or the
Superintendent or Streets or said City on Aprtl 9, 1950; and
WHXRBAS, a certain lot or parcel of land upon which
there ia an unpaid aaaesament against which bonds have been is-
sued under the prov1a1ona or Part 4 or Article IV of said Pro-
cedux·e Code, has been divided so that 1t no longer conforms to
the original parcel boundaries ae shown on sa1d aaaeesment
and in the Controller's record thereof;
.NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDEREO, that

1. The City lng1neer shall cause to be prepared and
filed with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment dia-
gram of the lot and parcel so divided., said parcel being designated as Assessment No .. 33 ..
2. That the unpaid installments or said original assess-
ment shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the
benefits to the several parts or the original lot or parcel and
the total amo\mt of the aa11easmer.1t or the several portions or
the original lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid aaaesa-menta upon said original lot or parcel or land ..
I hereby certify that the rorego1ng resolution waa duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council or the City or Palo
Alto, Ca11forn1a, at a meeting thereof held on the 14th day or
July, 1952, by the following vote:
AYIS, and in favor or, Councilmen: Bishop~ Blois, Bower, Cashel,
Dryadale, Gaspar, Marshall, Miller, Mitchell, Montrouil, Simpson, Wickett.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Hill.
