RE ASSESSMENT NO. 34 7

RESOLVED, by the City Council or the City of Palo
Santa Clara County, Cal1forn1a, that AJ.to,
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and tiled with the
Clerk or said City all pursuant to Reaclution or Intention No. 1506
adopted by the City Council on June 10,, 1946 and the prov1s1orus of
Article V of the Palo Alto Improvellll!nt Procedure Code, being Ordin-
ance No. 844 of ea1d City, adopted January 13, 1941, and s~id a11eae-
ment wa3 confirmed by said Council on Dec. 13, 19-8 and recorded in
the office or the Superintendent of Streets of sa1d City on Dec. 14, 1948; and
WH:c?REAS, a certaln lot or parcel of land upon which there 1a
an unpaid asseeament aga1nat which bonds have been·1ssued und•r the
prov1s1one of Part 4 of Article IV or aa1d Procedure Code, haa been
divided so that 1 t no longer conforms to the or1g.1nal parcct l bound-
aries as shown on sald assessment and in the Auditor's record thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED,, that
1. The City Engineer ehall cause to be prepared and 1'1led
with the City Clerk a report and amended aBeaament diagram or the
lot and parcel so divided, said parcel being designated as Assess-ment No. 33.
2. That the unpaid installments of said original assess-
ment shall be se~regated and apportioned in accordance with the
benefits to the several parts or the original lot or parcel and
the total amount or the assessment or the severa~portions of the orig-
inal lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid aaaesamente upon said original lot or parcel of land. ·
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council or the City or Palo Alto, Cal-
1forn1a, at a meeting thereof held on the 14th day or July, 1952,
