RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXICUTION OF AGREEMENT
WlTH SOUTHERN PACIPIC COMP~'Y
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DOES RESOLVE as follows:
That the Mayor and City Clerk or sa1d City be and
they are hereby authorized to enter into a written agreement
with the Southern Pacific Company covering the installation
of trarr1c signals at the intersection or Alma Street and
California Avenue in the City of Palo Alto.
The above and foregoing resolution wan duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the Council of the City
of Pa.lo Alto at a regular :neeting held on the 14th day of
July, 1952, by the following vote:
