RBSOLVEO, by the City Council or the City of Palo Alto,
Cal1forn1a, that
l. The City Clerk or said City be, and she 1s hereby
directed to call for bids ror the sale or improvement bonds to
be issued pursuant to Resolution ot Intention Mo. 2267 adopted
by this Council on March 24, 1952, ~a1d bide to be received. by
said Cit7 Clerk at or be'ore the hour of 4:00 o'clock P.M. or
Monday, the llth day or August, 1952, and to be publicly opened.,
examined and declared at aa1d time 1n the regular meeting place
of said Council, Council Chamber1, City Hall, Palo Alto, Cal11tor-
n1a, Sa1d Notice, in .rorm a copy or which 1a hereto attached
marked Exhibit "A , BN'11 be given by publication once in the
Palo Alto Times, a newspaper published in said City, at least
ten d&Y'S before said date.
2. The City Council will t·"1rlliah the legal opinion of
the law firm of Kirkbride, Wilson, H.arzteld & Wallace, San Mateo,
California, unqualifiedly approving the legality of the proceed-
ings and th~ issuance or said bonds.

resolution adopted by the City Council of the City or Palo Alto,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 14th day
or July, 19521 .by the following vote or the members thereof:
