DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT
RE .ASSBSSK!h"T NO. 341 & 3•2
AMARILLO AVENUE ET AL, PROJECT NO. 49-10
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and tiled
with the Clerk or.-said C1ty all pursuant to Resolution or Inten-
tion No. 2089 adopted by the City Council on April 9, 1951 and
the provisions of Article V of the Palo Alto Improvement Proced-
ure Code, being Ordinance No. 84~ or said City, adopted January
13, 1941, and said assessment was confirmed by said Council on
August 27, 1951 and recorded 1n the office or the Superintendent
of Streets of said City on October 12, 1951; and
WHEREAS, a certain lot or parcel or land upon which there
1e an unpaid assessment against wh1ch bonds have been issued under
the provisions of Part 4 or Article IV of said Procedure Code,
has been divided so that it no longer c~nforme to the original
parcel boundaries as shown on said aasessment and in the Auditor's record there or;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed
with the City Clerk a report and amended asaeeament diagram of
the lot and parcel so divided, said parcel being designated a8 Assessment No. 341 and 342.
2. That the unpaid installmente of said original asses-
ment shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the
benefits to the several parts of the original lot or parcel and
the total amount of the assessment or the several portions of the
original lot or parcel ~hall be equal to the unpaid assessments
upon said original lot or parcel of land.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council or the City of Palo
Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 23rd day of
June, 1952, by the following vote:
