RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUIT CLAIM DEED
1: The Councll of the City cf Palo Alto DOES RESOLVE ae follows:

That the Quit claim deed from STERLING TERRACE
CORPORATION to the CITY OF PALO ALTO, dated May 19, 1952,
covering the following described property:
Any and all interest that the ~antor may have
in the easement for the so-called Mayfield Outfall
Sewer" as created by (1) Deed from J. J. Morris and
Marian B. Morris, h1a wife, dated December 4, 1909,
and recorded 1n the office or the County Recorder of
the County of Santa Clara, State or California, on
December 23, 1909, 1n Book 352 of Deeds at Page 446;
(2) Deed from W. B. Nash and Susan Nash, his wife,
J. C. Campbell, w. H. Metheon, F. C. Drew, c. H. Oatman
and J. A. Mackenzie to the Town of Mayfield, dated
December 18, 1909, and recorded in the office of the
County Record.er of the County of Santa Clara, State of
Ca]j{'ornia, on December 23, 1909, in Book 3~9 or Deeds at Page 367.

The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and passed by the Council of the City of Palo Alto at
a regular meeting held on the 23rd day of June, 1952, by the following vote:
