RESOLUTION AtrrHORIZING SA.LE OF CERTIFICATES OF'
INDEBTEDNESS AND PURCHASE OF TREASURY BILLS
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DOES RESOLVE as follows:
That the City Treasurer be and he 18 hereby authorized
to sell $500,000 U.S. Cert1f1cat~~ or Indebtednes~i l 7/8,
due July 1, 1952 @ 101/32 plus l/64th, to net $500,482.33,
and to purchase ,500,000 U. S. Treasury Bills jue September 4, 1952 @ 1.55 discount, for $498,320.84.
The above and foregoing reeolut1on was duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the Council of the City or
Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on Monday, the 23rd day
of June, 1952, by the following vote:
AYE.S: Bishop, Blois, Cashel, Cathcart, Drysdale, Gaspar,
Hill, Marshall, Mitchell, Montrou1l, Simpson, Wickett.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Bower, Miller.
