ORDERING MODIFICATION OF PROCEEDINGS
LOMA VERDE AVENUE ET AL
PROJECT NO. 51-15
ACQUISITION AND IMPROVEMENT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, ca.11.rorn1a, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 2307 of this Council
ordering same, adopted on June 9, 1952, notice haa been duly
given or the intention ot thin Council to change and modify
the aeaeeament under Resolution or Intention No. 2221 adopted
by thie Council on February 11, 1952; and
WHEREAS, no persons interested appeared or filed written
protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and all
persone desiring to be heard were g1 ven an opportun.1 ty to be
heard, and all matters and thinge pertaining to ea1d changes and
mod1t1cat1ons were fully heard and considered by this Council;
\'HEREAS, further changes and mod1f1cat1ons have been
necessary because of corrections in property ownership records;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. Asadssment No. 621 is hereby increased from $222.26 to $254.48.
2. The following additional changes shall be made:

3. The Superintendent or Streets shall make said changes on the race or the assessment.

during which to pay the amount or the increase in cash and if
not.so paid, the amount or the increase shall be included in the
list of unpaid assessments and bonds issued to represent 1t.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy
of resolution adop·ted by the City Council of the City or
Palo Alto, Calirornia, at a regular meeting thereof held on
the 23rd day of June, 1952, by the following vote or the l members thereof;
L. AYES, and 1n favor thereof, Councilmen:
Bishop, Blois, Ca3hel, Cathcart, Drysdale, Gaspar, Hill,
Marshall, Mitchell, Montrou11, Simpson, Wickett.
NOBS, Councilman: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Bower, Miller.
