RE ASSESSMENT NO. 286-C
RF.SOLV!D1 by the City C01inc!l or the City of Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, California, that
WHERXAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with
the Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution of Intention
No. 1833 ad•:>pted by the City Council on March 28, 1949, arid the
provisions or Article V 01.' the Palo Alto Improve~nt Procedure
Code, being Ordinance No. 844 or said Cj. ty., adopted January 13 1 1941_, and sai<l assessment wae conf1r1iled by said Council on .April
12, 1949, and recorded in the office or the Superintendent or
Streets of said C1ty on May 25, 1949; and
WHEREAS, a certain lot or parcel or land upon which there
1s an unpaid aaeessment aga1ns\: which bonds have been iesued under
the provisions of Part 4 of Article rl of said Procedure Code,
ha.a been <11 v1ded so that 1 t no longer cont·orme to the original
parcel boundariea as shown on said asseeament and in the Auditor1 s record thereof;
NOW, THERE.FORE, IT IS ORDERED, that

1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed.
with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment diagram or the
lot and parcel ao divided, said parcel being de~1gnated as Assess-~
ment No. 286-C. t
2. That the unpaid installments or said original assess-
ment shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the
benefits to the several parts of the or!ginal lot or parcel and
the total amount of the assessment of the several portions of
the or1g1nal lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assess-
ments upon said original lot or parcel or land.
I hereby certify that the foregc.ing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Coun·~il of the City of Palo Alto,
Cal1forn1a, at a meeting thereof held on the 9th day or June, 1952, by the following vote:

Bloia, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart~ Drysdale, Gaspar, Hill,
