DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED AS3ES3MKNT
RE ASSESSMENT NO. 176
AMARILLO AVE. ET AL, PROJECT NO. 49-10
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, California, that
WHERBAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with
the Clerk or said City·all Ptlrauant to Reaolution of Intention
No. 2089 adopted by the City Council on April 9, 1951, and the
provisions of Article V of the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure
CoGe, being Ordinance No. 844 or said City, adopted January 13,
1941, and said assessment was confirmed by said Council on
August 27, 1951~ and recorded in the office or the Superintendent
of Streets or sa1d City on October 12, 1951; and

WHERF.A.S, a certain lot or parcel of land upon which there
is an unpa1d asseaament against which bonds have been issued under
the provisions of Part ~ of Article J.V v: said Procedure Code,
has been divided so that it no longer conforms to the or1g1nal
parcel boundaries as shown on said assessment and in the Auditor's records thereof;
NOW .. THEREFORE, r.r IS ORDERED, that
1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed
wlth the City Clerk ~ report and amended aeeeeament diagram of
the lot and parcel ao divided, said parcel being designated
as Assessment No. 176.
2. That the unpaid installments of sa1d or1ginal assess-
ment shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the
bene.r.its to the several parts or the .:>r1g1nal lot or parcel
and the total amount of the assessment or the several portions
of the original lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid
assessments upon said original l~t or parcel of land.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Counc11 of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a meeting the?"eof held on the 9th day of .June, 1952,
by the following vote:
AYES, and 1n favor of: Councilmen:
Blois, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart, Drysdale, Gaspar, Hill,
Marshall, Miller, Mitchell, Mcntrou11, Simpson, Wickett.
NO~, Councilmen: None.
