RE.~OLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that
1. The City Clerk or said City be, and ahe 1B hereby
directed to call for bids for the sale of improvement bonds to
be issued pursuant to Resolution of Intent.ion :No. 2223 adopted
by the Council on Februar1 11, 1952, said bids to be received by
said City Clerk at or before the hour of 4:00 o'clock PM of
Monday, the 23rd. day of June, 1952, and to be publicly opened,
examined and declared at aa1d time in the regular meeting place
of' said Co~.mcil, Council Chambers .t City Hall, Palo Alto, California.
Said notice, in form a copy of which ia hereto attached marked
Exhibit 11 A11
, shall be given by publ1cat1on once in the Palo
Alto Times, a newspaper published 1n said City, at least five
days befor~ said date.
2. The City Council will furnish the legal opinion
of the law .firm of Kirkbride, Wilson, Harzfeld & Wallace, San
Mateo, California, 1.mqual1fiedly approving the legal1 ty of the
proceedings and the issuance of said bonds.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a tr~e copy
of resolution adopted by the City Council of the City or
Palo Alto, California, at a regular meeting thereof held
on the 9th day of June, 1952, by the following vote of the
