RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto1 California, that the public interest and convenience require, and
that 1t 1a the intention of said Council to make changes and mod1-
ficat1ona 1n the assessment filed pursuant to Resolution No. 2221
of Intention adopted by aa1d Council on February 11, 1952, by 1n-
creaeing Assessment No. 621 from $222.26 to $254.48, and by in-
creasing the total 3mount of the assessment from $279,296.27 to
$279,328.49.
NOTICE IS HER.EBY GIVBN that Monday, the 23rd day of June,
1952, at the hour of 7:30 P.M. in the regular meeting
place of said Council, City Hall, Palo Alto, California, are here-
by fixed as the time and p:Lace when a.nd where said Council will
consider the matter of' making said changes and mod.1f1cations and
hearing all persons interested therein.
The City Clerk of aa1d City shall ca1Jse a copy of this resolu-
tion to be published twice in the Palo Alto Times, a newspaper of
general circ11lat1on published in said City, and the paper in which
the Resolution o! Intention was published, the first publication to
be at least ten days before said day of hearing.
