RRSOLVKD, by the City Council or the City or Palo Alto, ca11rorn1a, that
1. The City Clerk of' eaid City be, and ahe 1a he1~eoy
directed to call ror bids for the eale of 1mproveinent·bondrs to
b~ 1seued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2221 adopted
by th1s Council on February 11, 1952, aa1d bids to be received by
aa1d City Clerk at or before the hour of 4:00 o'clock PM of
Monday, the 23rd d.ay or June, 1952, and to be publicly opened,,
examined and declaredlt sa1d time 1n the regular meeting place or said Council, Council Chambers, City Hall, Palo Alto, Ca11t-
orn1a. Said notice, in f'orni a copy or which 1s hereto attached
marked Exhibit "A", shall be given by publication once in the
Palo Alto Times,, a newspaper published in said City, at leant
five days before said date.
2. The City Council will furnish the legal opinion or
the law firm of Kirkbride, W1laon, Harzreld & Wallace, San Mateo,
California, unqualifiedly approving the legality or the pro-
ceedings and the 1seuance or said bonds.
