ORDERING MODIFICATION OP PROC'IEDINQS
LOMA VERDE AVENUE, BT AL
PROJECT NO. 51-15
ACQUISITION AND IMPROVEMENT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the C1ty or Palo Alto,
California, that
VHXRJUS, pursuant to Resolution No. 2297 of th1e Council
ordering same, adopted on May 26~ 1952, notice has been duly
given or the intention or this Council to change and modify the
aesessment under Resolution or Intention No. 2221 adopted by
th1a Board on February 11, 1952; and
WHl'.REAS, no persons interested appeared or filed written
protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and
all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard, and all matters and things pertaining to said changes and mod-
ifications were fully heard and considered by th1a Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as tollowa:
1. Aesesament No. 432 is hereby increased from $1,863.45
to $2,142.84, and the total amount or the aeaessment is hereby
1ncreaeed to $279,296.27.
2. The Superintendent or Streets shall make said changes
on the face of the assessment.
3. The owner or Assessment No. 432 shall have 30 days
during which to pay the amcunt or tbe increase in cash and if
not so paid, the amount or the increase shall be included in the
list or unpaid assessments and bonds 1saued to ~epresent it.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy or resolu-
tion adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
Cal1f>rn1a, at a regular meeting thereof held ~n the 9th day of
June, 1952, by the following vote or the members thereof:
Ayes, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Blols, Bower, Caehel, Cathcart, Drysdale, Gaspar, Hill,
Marshall, Miller, Mitchell, Moni'ouil, Simp3on, Wickett.
Noes, Councilmen: None.
Absent, Councilmen: Bishop, Bowden. -~
