RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DBBD
The Council or the City or Palo Alto DOES RESOLVE aa follows:
That the Grant Deed from CALIFORNIA PACIFIC TITLE INSURANCE
COMPANY to the CITY OF PALO ALTO, dated May 22, 1952, covering the following described property:
BEGINNING at a point at the monument line or Dian
Road {as proposed to be widened to the width or 65 feet)
distant thereon North 540 30' East 575.90 feet from the
Northermost corner of that certain 53.76 acre tract or
land described as Parcel One in the Deed from Frances M.
We1eehaar to Dollie F. Laramie and Lizzie D. McMillan,
dated March 7, 1938 and recorded June 10, 1948, in Book
1629 or Official Records, at page 205, Santa Clara County
Records, said Northermost corner also being the Northern-
most corner of that certain 12.2~ acre tract or land shown
upon that certain Map entitled, Record of Survel of a
portion of the Ran~ho Rincon de San Franc1aqu1to , which
Map was filed for record in the office of the Recorder of
the County or Santa Clara, State or Cal1forn1a, on October 5, 1948 in Book 19 or Mapa, at page 38, and from which point or beginning a 3/1•" iron pipe on the Southeasterly line or

leaving said point or beginning and running South 35° 34'
