WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto rinds
that the easement hereinarter described ia no longer necessary
for the operation of utilities by the City, and should be
cloned and abandoned;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council or the City or Palo Alto DOE'S RBSOLVE aa follows:
That the following described public utilities ease-
ment be arid the same 18 hereby closed, vacated and abandoned;
All that certain real prope1•ty situated in the City ot Palo Alto, County or S&nta Clara, State or Cali-fornia, described as tollowa:
