CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
PROJECT Ko.51-15
LOMA VERDE AVENUE, ET AL ACQUISITION & IMPROVEMENT
RESOLVED, by the City Council or the City of Palo
Alto, California, that
1. The City Clerk of said City, be, and she is hereby
directed to call ror b1dd ror the aale or improvement bonds to
be 1aeued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2221 adopted
by th1e Council on February 11, 1952, sa1d bide to be reee1ved
by said City Clerk at or before the hour or -:00 o'clock PM or
Monday, the 9th day or June, 1952, and to be publicly opaned,
examined and declared at said time in the regular meeting place
or said Council, Council Chambere, City Hall, Palo Alto, Calif-
ornia, Said notice, in form a copy of which is hereto attached
marked Exhibit "A". shall be given by publication once in the
Palo Alto Times, a newspaper published in aaid City, at least
ten days before said date.
2. The City Council will furnish the legal opinion or
the law firm of Kirkbride, Wilson, Harzreld & Wallace, San Mateot
California, unqualifiedly approving the legality or the pro-
ceedings and the iesuance or said bonda.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of
resolution adopted by the City Council or the City or Palo Alto,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 26th day or May, 1952, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYBS, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Bishop, Blois, Caa~el, Drysdale, Gaspar, Hill, Marshall,
Miller, Mitchell, Montrou11, Simpson, Wickett.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Bowden, Bower, Cathcart.
