OF INTENTION TO YAKE CHANOES AND MODII<'ICATIONS

RF.SOLVED, by the Cl.ty Co1mcil of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that the public interest and convenience require, and
that 1t 15 the intention of said Council to make changes and modi-
f1cat1ona in the assessment f1led pursuant to Resolution No. 2221
o:· Intention adopted by said Council on February 11, 1952r by in-
creasing Assessment No. 43 from $1,86~ •. 45 to $2,'327.19, and by 1:n-
creasing the total amount of the assessment from $279,016.88 to $279,480.62.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 9th day of June,
1952, at the hour or 7:30 o'clock P.M. in the regular meeting
place of said Council, City Hall, Palo Alto, Cal1forn1a, are here-
by f1xed as the time and plRce when and where said Council will
conaider the matter of making said changes and mod1f1cat1ons and
hearing all peraons interested therein.
The City Clerk or said City shall cause a copy of this
resolution to be published twice 1n the Palo Alto Times.• a news-
paper of general circulation published in said City, and the paper
1n which the Resolution of Intention was published, the first pub-
lication to be at least ten days before said day of hearing.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of
resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
Cal1fornia, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 26th day of
May, 1952, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and 1n fa•1or thereof, Cour1c1lmen:
Bishop, Blois, Cashel, Drysdale, Gaspar, Hill, Marshall,
Miller, Mitchell, Montrou11., Simpson, Wickett.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
