R&.<;OLV!m, by the Counc11 of the City of Palo Alto, Cal1for-n1a, that
WHEREAS, The City Manager of the City of Palo Alto did, on
the 12th day of May, 1952, publicly open, examine and declare all
sealed proposals or bids for the work to be do~e and improvements
to be made, as described and specified in Resolution of Intention
No. 2278 of said Council adopted April 28, 1952, to which resolu-
tion reference 13 hereby made for a description or said work and
improvements and materials, supplies and equipment to be furnished therefor;
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported his findings to the
Council, which f1nd1nga have been duly considered by said Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, as follows:
1. The Counc11 hereby rejects all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the
contract for doing said work and making aa1d improvements to the lowest responsible bidder, to w1t;
MC CAMMON-WUNDERLICH COMPANY
at the prices named 1n ita bid;
2. That the ~~yor and Clerk of said City or Palo Alto, be,
and they are hereb~author1zed to make and enter into a written
contract w1th said successful bidder, and to receive and approve
all bonds in conn~ct1on therewith.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of
resolution adopted by the City Council or the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a regular me~t1ng thereof held on the 12th day
of May, 1952, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Bishop, Blois, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart, Drysdale, Gaspar,
Hill, Marshall, Miller, Mitchell, Simpson, Wickett.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Bowden, Montrou11.
