WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Resolution
No. 2278 or Intention, adopted by said Council on April 28, 1952,
was $37,707.90 and follow1n8 the opening of bids therefor, said est:lmate may be reduced to $33, 345. 2Jt.
NOW, THER&~ORR, IT IS ORDERED, that the total assessment
be reduced to $33,345.24 and that the City Engineer apportion
and distribute the assessment as reduced in proportion to
benefits, using the unit pricea contained in the bid of the lowest responsible bidder.

Resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
Cal1forn1a,at a regular meeting thereof held on the 12th day of
May, 1952, by the following vote of the members thereof;
