NOW, TEEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED arid ORDERED that said protests and objections be, and they and each and all of them are hereby,overruled and denied. * * * * • * * * I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of resolution adopted by the City Council of the City o~ Palo Alto, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 12th day of May, 1952, by the following vote or the members thereof: AYES, and 1n favor thereof, Councilmen: Bishop, Blois, Bower: Cashel, Cathcart, Drysdale, GaDpar, Hill, Marshall, Miller, Mitchell, Simpson, ~i~kett. 3" . . . 378 NOES, Councilmen: None.
