ORDERING REDISTRIBUTION OF ASSESSMENTS

RESOL"J'ED, by the C1 ty Counci 1 of the City or Palo Al to, Ca l:t f ornia, that
'WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Resolutior;
No. 2'267 of !r1tent1on, adopted by said Council on ~.arch 25, 1952,
was $34,949,92 and following the opening of bids therefor, said est1mate rnay be reducted to $32,649,32.
NOW, TliEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED> that the total assessment
be reducted to $32,649.32 and that the City Engineer apportion
and distribute the assessment as reduced in pr·oport1on to benef1 ts,
using tha unit prices contained in the bid of the lowest respons-ible bidder.

resolutior. adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a regular meeting~ereof held on the 28th day of
