ESTABLISHING PHEVAILING WAGE SCALE

PROJECT NO. 51-17
RESOLVED, by the Council of t;he City of Palo Alto, Cal1forn1.a,
that the prevailing wage scale for per diem wages to be paid to
all craftsmen and laborers on the work to be done under the plans
and apecif1cat1one p:-el1minarily approv-ed by this Council in Reso-
lution No. 2277, adopted Aor11 28, 1952, pursuant to Resolution
of Intention No. 2278, adopted April 28, 1952, as said scale
is contained in said spec1f1cat1ons, be, and the same 1s hereby,
adopted and approved as the prevniling wage scale to be paid to
such craftsmen and laborers, for WOI'k und.:ar said plans and specH'ica-
tions, and the oame 1s hereby incorporated herein by reference to
said plans and specifications, the same as if it were herein set

I hereby certify that the above and foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly adopted by the Council of the City of Palo
Alto, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 28th
day of April, 1952, by the following vote of the members thereof~
