RESOLV'.!D, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that the following be, and they are hereby preliminarily approved
and ordered filed in the office of the City Clerk and to be re-
ferred to in proceedings for the improving of port1ona or Bryant
Street, Homer Avenue, Channing Avenue, Lincoln Avenue and Ramona
Street, 1nclud1ng intersections, to-wit:
1. Plans for improvemente;
2. Spec1ficat1ons for the improvements;
3. Engineer's estimate of the itemized and total cost and
expenees;
4. Map of the assessment distrlc'C.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy or resolu-
tion adopted by the City Council of the City or Palo Alto, Cali-
fornia, at a .regular meeting thereof held on the 28th day of April,
