L Q !10 N 1l 0 • --2276 DIRECTING MAXING OF AMRNDED ASSBSSMBm' RE ASSBSSMKNT NO. 394 AMARILLO AVENUE ET AL, PROJECT NO. 49-10 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, California, that WHEREAS, an aa:'.leaament arid diagram was made and filed with the Clerk or said City all pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2089 adopted by the City Council on April 9, 1951 and the provi- sions of Article V or the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code, being Ordinance No. 844 or said City, adopted January 13, 1941, and said assesament was conf1.rmed by said Council on August 27, 1951, arid recorded 1n the of!'1ee of the Super1nt;endent or Streets of sa1d City on October 12, 1951; and WHEREAS, a certain lot or parcel of land upon which there 1a an unpaid assessment against which bonds have been issued under t.he provisions or Part 4 or Article IV or said Procedure Code, has been divided eo that it no longer conforms to the original parcel boundaries aa shown on said assessment and 1n the Auditor's record thereof; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that l. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment diagram of the lot and parcel so divided, aa1d parcel being designated as Assessment No. 394. 2. That the unpaid 1nstallmenta or said original assess- ment shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits to the several parts or the original lot or parcel and the total amount of the assessment of the several portions or the original lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid aaseasments upon said original lot or parcel of land. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 14th day of April, 1952, by the following vote: AYES, and 1n favor of: Councilmen: Bishop, olo1s.t Bower, Cashel, Cathcart, Gaspar, Hill, Yarshall, Mitchell, Montreuil, Simpson, Wickett. NOES, Councilmen: None .
