DIRBCTING MAKING OF AMBNDED ASSESSMENT
RE ASSESSMK'NT NO. 60-K
LOMA VERDE AVENUE, RT AL. PROJKCT NO. 47-5
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, California, that
WHBRXAS, a.n aasesement and diagram was made and filed
w1 th the Clerk or as.id City all purs·uant to Resolution or Inten-
tion No. 1620 adopted by the City Council on October 13, 1947,
and the provisions of Article V or the Palo Alto Improvement
Procedure Code, being Ordinance No. 844 of said City, adopted Jan-
uary 13, 1941, and a.aid assessment was confirmed by said Council
on January 12, 1948, and recorded in the office of the Superin-
tendent or Streets or daid City on January 13, 1948, and
WHEREAS, a certain lot or parcel of land upon which there
is an unpaid asaeesment against which bonds have been issued under
the provisions of Part 4, of Article rv o: aaid Procedure Code,
has been divided 90 that it no longer conforms to the original
par.::el boundaries as shown on said assessment and in the Auditor's
recorc1 thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. The City Kng1neer shall cause to be prepared and filed
with the City CJ.erk a report and amended assessment diagram of the
lot and parcel so d!Y1ded, said parcel 'he1.ng designated as Assea~
ment No. 60-K.
2. That the unpaid installments or said original assess-
ment shall be segregated and apportioned 1n accordance with the
benefits to the several parts of the original lot or parcel and
the total amount of the assessment or the several portions of the
original lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessments
upon said original lot ·or parcel of land.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a meeting thereof held on the 1-th day of April,
1952, by the following vote:
AYES, and in favor of: Councilmen:
Bishop, Blois, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart, Gaspar, Hill,
Marshall, Mitchell, Montreuil, Simpson, Wickett.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Bowden, Drysdale, Miller.
