R&SOLUTIO?J APPROVING MAP OF TRACT NO. 986, UNIT NO. l, ST. CLAIRE
0.ARDBNS.
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DOES RESOLVE as follows:
That that certain subdivision map of Tract No. 986,
Unit No. l, St. Claire Gardens, being a portion or Lots
42, 44 and 45 of the C. M. Wooster Company's Subdivision of
the Clarke Ranch, dated March 1952, and prepared by George S.
Nolte, Civil Engineer, be a~d the same is her~by accepted by this Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVBD, that St. Claire Drive,
St. Michael Drive, and portion of Cowper Street and Middlefield
Road not heretofore dedicated, be and the same a.re hereby
accepted as public streets of the City of Palo Alto.
BB IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that easements for the use
of public utilities ae shown on said map be and the same are hereby accept~d as dedicated.
The 4>ove and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and pas:Jed by the Council of the City
of Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of
April, 1952, by the following vote:
