ESTABLISHING PRK'IAILINO WAGE SCALE

PROJECT NO. 52-4
RESOLVXO, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that the prevailing wage scale for per diem wages
to be paid to all craf'tsmen and laborers on the work to be done
under the plans and specifications preliminarily approved by
this Council 1n Resolution No. 2266, adopted March 24, 1952, pura~ant to R~eolution of Intention No. 2267, adopted March
24, 1952, aa said scale is contained 1n said spec1f1cat1ons, be,
and the same 1s hereby adopted and approved as the prevailing
wage scale to be paid to such craftsmen and laborers, for work
under said plans and spee1ficat1ons, and the eame is hereby
incorporated here.n by reference to said plans and specifications,
the same as if 1 t wei•e herein set forth 1n full.

I hereby certify that the above and foregoing resolution
was duly an~ regularly adopted by the Council of the City of
Palo Alto, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the
14th day or April, 1952, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Bishop, Blois, Cashel, Cathcart, Gaspar, H111,
Mitchell, Montrou11, Simpson, Wickett.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Bowden, Bower, Drysdale, Marshall,
