RRSOLVKD, by the Council or the City or Palo Alto, Ca11forn1a, WHEREAS, eaid Council did on the 24th day or March, 1952, adopt its Reeolut1on of Intention No. 2267 to order 1mprovementB therein described, and did therein fix the time and place when and where said Courie11 would hear any and all personn interested there-in; WHEREAS, the City Clerk of said City duly gave notice of the t:t.me and place of' said hearing, in the time form and manner pro-vided by law; WHEREAS, this 1s the time and place fixed in ea1d Resolution when and where said Council will hear said protests and objections; WHEREAS, no written and oral pr•otests and objections against the proposed improvements have been filed with the City Clerk or said City at or before or made at the time set ror said hearing by persons interested or who are owners or property which is sub.1ect to assessment in said proceedings; -......... c... ~ :1 WHEREAS, aa1d Council has duly heard and considered each and ·~ all of aa1d protests and objections and each and all persons de-~ siring to be heard in connection with said matter was and were ! g1 ven an opportun1 ty to and did present their said protests and "· objections,, and said matters were fully presented, heard and con- s 1dered by a a.id Counc1 l; arid WHBRBAS, It appea.rs, and said Council so finds, that said protests so filed were riot filed by the owners of more than one- half of the area of the property to be assessed for said improve-ments.
