RESOLVED, by the Council Of the City Of Palo Alto,
Cal1forn1a, that the following be, and they are hereby, pre-
11m1nar1ly approved and ordered filed in the office of the City
Clerk and to be referred to in proceedings for the improving
of portions of En~1na Avenue, Homer Avenue, Wells Avenue, and
Urban Lane, including intersections, to~wit:
1. Plans for improvements;
2. Specifications for the improvements;
3. Engineer'& estimate of tle itemized and total cost and expenaes;
4. Map of the assessment district.
