ORDERING REDISTRIBUTION OF ASSESSMENTS

ACQUISITIOJ.! AND IMPROVEMENT

RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, that
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under
Resolution No. 2223 of Intent.ion, adopted by said Council on
?ebruary 11, 1952, was $23,113.97,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the total assessment
sM.11 remain $23,113.97 and that the City Engineer apportion
and distribute the asseasment in proportion to benefits, using
the unit prices contained in the bid of the lowest i•esponsible bidder.

I hereby certify the forego1r1g to be a true copy of resolution
adopted by the City Council of the City of' Palo Alto, California,
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 24th day of ¥.arch,
