RESOLVED, by the Council of the City or Palo Alto, ca11rornia,
WHEREAS, the City ~.anager of the City or Palo Alto did, on
the 21st day of March, 1952,, publlcly opan,, examine and declare
all aealed proposals or b1da for the work to be done and 1mp~ove
ments to be made, as described and epec1f1ed in Resolution of
In~ent1on No. 2221 of sa1d C•'.)unc1l adopted February 11.., 1952,, to
whlch resolution reference 1s hereby made for a deecr1pt1on of
said work and improvements and the materials, euppl1ee and
equipment to be furnished thereforj
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported h1s f1~d1nga to
the Council, which findings have been duly considered by said
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT !3 HEREBY ORDERED, as follows:
l. The Council hereby rejects all or said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the
contract for doing said wo1•k and making said improvements to the
lowest responsible bidder, to wit:
McCAMMON-WUNDERLICH COMP~'Y
at the prices named in 1ts bid;
2. That the Mayor and Clerk of said City of Palo Alto be,
and they are hereby, authorized ~o make and enter into a written
contract with said successful bidder,. and to receive and approve
all bonds 1n·connect1on therewith.

I her~by certify the foregoing to be a true copy of resolution
adopted by the City Council or the City or Palo Alto, California,
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 24th day of March, 1952,
by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Bishop, Blois, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart, Drysdale, Gaspar,
Marshall, Miller, Mitchell, Montrouil, Simpson, Wickett.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
