RESOLVED, by the City Counc11 or the City of Palo Alto, California, that

WHEREAS, the estimated coat of the project under Resolution
No. 2221 or Intention, adopted by said Council on February 11,
1952, was $327,465.65 and following the o~ening of bids therefor,
said estimate may be reduced to $279,0:6.88.
NOW, THEREI<'ORE IT IS ORDERED, that the total assessment
be reduced to $279, 01~. 88 and tha. t the City Engineer apportion
~nd d1str1bute the assessment as reduced 1n proportion to
benefits, using the unit prices contained in the bid of the
lowest respons1ble bidder.

resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of Plllo Al to~
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 24th day
