RBSOLVED, by the City Co\mc11 of the City of Palo Alto,
Ca11torn1a, that it does hereb7 prel1111nar1ly determine that
the public interest, convenience and neceaaity require, and
that 1t 111 .the intention or said Council to make certain
changes and modif1cat1ona in the work to be done under Resolution
No. 2184 of Preliminary Determination and Resolution No. 2221
or Intention adopted by this Council on November 26, 1951, and
Februa.ry 11, 1952, respectively, to wit:
Modify the boundaries or the aaaesamen.t c11str1ct to add
Lote 6, 7. 8, 9, 10, and the northwesterl7 58 reet ot Lot 5,
Block 7, together with the abandoned portion ot Campesino
A•renue between Block 6 and Block 7, Stanford t1n1vers1ty Villa T~act, shown on the map or the aoseasment district on tile in
the Office Of the City Clerk, to Which reference 11 hereby
made ror a more detailed description of the propert1ea hereby
added and or the entire assessment district.
Monday, the 24th day or Mllrch,, 1952,. at the hour or 7:30
o'clock P.M. at the Council Chambers, City 'Jlall, Palo Alto,
California, are hereby fixed as the time and place when and
where said Council will cona1der and finally determine whether
the public interest, convenience an~ neceaa1ty require said
changes, and when and where 1t w111 consider and finally act
upon the matter ot making said changes and mod1f1cat1ons and
when and where 1t will hear all protests in relation thereto.
The City Clerk shall cause a copy or th1a resolution to
be published twice in the Palo Alto Times, a newspaper or
general c1reulat1on p1Jblished in said City, the first of which
publication shall be at least ten days before the day set ror hearing.
The City Clerk shall also cause a copy or this reeolutlon
to be posted on or near the Chamber Door of the City Council at
least ten days prior to said day or hearing.

resolution adopted by the City Council or the City or Palo Alto,
Ca11rorn1a, at a regular meeting thereof held on ·the 10th day
