RE .ASSESSMENTS NO. 908 & 909
SAN Ah'TONIO ANNEX SBWKR.$, PROJECT no. 51-5
RESOLVED, by the City Council Of the City of Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, Cal1forn1a~ that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram waa made and filed
with the Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution or
Intention No. 2094 adopted by the City Council on April 9, 1951,
and the provisions of Article V of the Palo Alto Improvement
Procedure Code / being Ord.1rianoe No. 844 of.' said C1 ty, adopted
January 13, 1941, and said assessment wae confirmed by said
Council on June 11, 1951, and recorded in the otf1ce or the
Superintendent of Streets of said City on July 2, 1951; and
WHEREAS., &·.·certain lot or parcel or land upon which there
is an unpaid &Bsessment against which bonds have been issued
under the provisions or Part 4 of Article IV of sa:1.d Procedure
Code, has been divided so that it no longer conforms to the origi-
nal parcel boundaries as shown on aaid assessment and 1n the Auditor's record thereof;
NOW, THERIDC'ORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and
filed with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment diagram
of the lot am1 parcel so dj.vided, said parcel being designated
as A5sessments No. 908 and 909.
That the unpaid installments or said original assessment
Rhall be Begregated and apportioned in accordance with~he benefits
to the several parts of the original lot or parcel and the total
amount of the assessment of the several portions of the original
lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon aa1d
o~1g1nal lot or parcel of land.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City or Palo Alto,
California, at a meeting thereof held on the 10th day of March,
1952, by the following vote:
AYES, and in favor or; Councilmen: Bishop, Blols, Bowden, Cashel,
Cathcart, Gaspar, H1ll, Marshall, Miller, Mitchell, Montreuil,
Simpson, Wickett.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Bower, Drysdale .
