RESOLVED, by the City Council of the C1ty of Palo Alto, Ss.~ta Clara County, Ca11forn1a, that
W"riRRKAS, an assessment and diagram was made and flled with
the Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution or Intention
No. 1620 adopted by the City Council on October 13, 1947, and the
prov1a1ons or Article V of the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure
Code, being Ord:tnanee No. 844 of said City, adopted January 13,
1941, and said assessment was confirmed by said Council on
January 12, 1948 and reco1'ded in the office of the Superintendent
of Streets of said City on January 13, 1948; and
WHEREAS, a certain lot or parcel or land upon which there
18 an unpaid assessment against which bonds have been 1asued under
the provisions of Part 4 of Article 'IV of said Procedure Code,,
has been divided so that it no longer conforms to the original
parcel boundaries as shown on said aseesament and in the Auditor's record thereof;
NOW,, THER!..li'ORE,, IT IS OF.DERED, that
1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed
with the City Clerk a report and amended ~seessment diagram of
the lot and parcel so divided, said parcel being designated as Assessment No. 91.
2. That the unpaid installments or sa1d or1g1nal assess-
ment ah.all be segregated and apportioned 1n accordance with the
benefits or the several parts of the original lot or parcel and
the total amount or the assessment of the several portions or
the original lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assess-
ments upon said original lot or parcel or land.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City Counc11 of the C1ty or Palo Alto~ California, at a meeting thereof held on the 10th day of
March, 1952, by the following vote:
AYES, and in favor of: Counc~lmen: Bishop, Blois, Bowden,
Cashel, Cathcart, Gaspar, Hill, ~.arehall, Miller,, Mitchell, Montreuil, Simpson, Wickett.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Bower, Drysdale.
